Three numbers de Latifa Laâbissi & Werner Hirsch

Since 2018, Latifa Laâbissi and Werner Hirsch (aka Antonia Baehr) regularly gather through the world, space and universe for their pièce Consul & Meshie, a 3 hours-long simian duet, in a visual installation by Nadia Lauro. They perform in the movie Moving Backwards by Lorenz/Boudry, a long-term collaboration with changing author modes. Here, Hirsch/Laâbissi play with the format of court and accumulative numbers. For this program, "Speak White" reenacts a text by Michèle Lalonde, Quebec poetess and playwright. "Qui sommes-nous ?" is an owl dance which makes fishes shine in the ocean, to Desireless music. Finally, "Bling blings", ideophone that does’nt reproduce the chains sounds but conveys the idea of taxdriness, in tribute to Cathy Berberian for her marvellous Stripsody.
